The person will have to assist in managing a growing list of export customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EXPORT ASSISTANT<\/strong> <strong>N. COSMOS\/ATTICA (EXA\u00a099851MAH)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>International Customer Service<\/li><li>Support and develop customer portfolio<\/li><li>Organizing and participating in international fairs<\/li><li>Producing Commercial Export Documentation<\/li><li>Handling and processing incoming orders<\/li><li>Data entry and documentation<\/li><li>Organizing Transport\/Shipment and after sales service<\/li><li>Handling queries from Freight Forwarders regarding shipment of goods.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 years working experience in a commercial company or in client service dept. 1 year at least in an exports department<\/li><li>Knowledge of Export documentation and shipping are a Plus<\/li><li>Fluent English is essential\/ Good command in any other language would be an advantage<\/li><li>Full proficiency in MS Office, especially excel, use of CRM are a Plus<\/li><li>Business or Marketing background<\/li><li>Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills<\/li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail<\/li><li>Self-driven, customer-oriented and stress-resistant personality<\/li><li>Numerate\/analytical<\/li><li>Good communication skills &#8211; verbal and written<\/li><li>Bsc from any University, Business\/Marketing related degrees <a>are a Plus<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Minimum <\/strong><strong>monthly <\/strong><strong>Salary:<\/strong> 900\u20ac NET<\/li><li>Maximum monthly Salary: 1.100\u20ac&nbsp; NET<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please send your CV via email<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:hr@managersoffice.net\">hr@managersoffice.net<\/a> ,&nbsp;with the subject: &#8220;<strong>&nbsp;EXPORT&nbsp;ASSISTANT&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thank You<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Manager\u2019s Office HR Team<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Manager\u2019s Office is looking for a person to join the growing exports team of our client.
