accomplish the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leadership<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Successful coaching and development of directors, managers and staff<\/li><li>Set the right competency priorities for directors, managers and staff<\/li><li>Select staff to fit the culture and create the environment to grow their impact<\/li><li>Work with other senior leaders to create the right culture and tone for our success<\/li><li>Critically assess the needs for development<\/li><li>Implement retention strategies<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Successful Operational management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Develop and implement efficient processes for day to day operations in multiple locations and services<\/li><li>Provide resources and supports to meet our brand and contractual promises<\/li><li>Assure that information is flowing in all needed directions to promote operational efficiency<\/li><li>Set outcome goals, KPIs and ensure data needed to improve performance is captured<\/li><li>Work with other senior leaders to adjust operations to meet demand for service<\/li><li>Provide overall performance reports<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong> <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financial performance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Responsible for the financial wellness of the region<\/li><li>Establish controls within the department to avoid waste, control spending and maintain accountability to agency requirements<\/li><li>Work with other senior leaders to develop financial performance goals<\/li><li>Collaborate with other leaders on the development and implementation of performance data<\/li><li>Monitor leading measures of performance in pursuit of meeting or exceeding performance goals<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quality Management<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Understand all contractual and licensing standards and requirements<\/li><li>Accountable for regulatory performance requirements<\/li><li>Consult with senior leaders on quality challenges<\/li><li>Develop implementation plans for new requirements<\/li><li>Hold all staff to high standards of performance<\/li><li>Assure that quality measures are transparent and well known by all staff<\/li><li>Analyze data for trends, use data in decision making, and set expectations for staff to do the same<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong> <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Master&#8217;s Degree is highly preferred<\/li><li>Must have at least 8 years supervisory experience<\/li><li>Proven track record in organizational change and\/or in turn-around management experience<\/li><li>Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders<\/li><li>Experience in building, managing, and motivating staff<\/li><li>Proven experience in program leadership and evaluation in a human services field<\/li><li>Must be able to think critically and provide strategic guidance<\/li><li>Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines<\/li><li>Must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and to work independently<\/li><li>Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present and speak publicly on relevant issues<\/li><li>Must possess strong and collaborative approach to managing relationships within complex environments.<\/li><li>Occasional travel required<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>
