{"id":10426,"date":"2021-02-01T13:33:26","date_gmt":"2021-02-01T13:33:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/managersoffice.net\/?p=10426"},"modified":"2021-02-01T13:33:28","modified_gmt":"2021-02-01T13:33:28","slug":"executive-director-nyc-ed-jsn6245fs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/managersoffice.net\/el\/executive-director-nyc-ed-jsn6245fs\/","title":{"rendered":"Executive Director-NYC    (ED JSN6245FS)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Executive Director is responsible to lead the community by example exhibiting the CORE Values through servant leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essential Functions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Internal Community Relations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Develops and implements community resident relations programs; solicits feedback from residents, families, and others to maintain and\/or improve community hospitality and services<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Establishes effective relationships with other community department heads to ensure high quality resident care while fostering an inter-departmental cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oversees and monitors nursing services (if applicable) to ensure high quality nursing delivery systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monitor resident care on a daily basis; conduct daily rounds; implement quality assurance programs for all departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Establish positive rapport with regulatory agencies; keep updated on changes in federal, state, and local regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oversee facility management of the community<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Directs community safety and loss prevention program; monitors adherence to safety rules and regulations and takes remedial action when necessary<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contacts the resident\u2019s family when a change in services is needed. Leads and participates in a resident\/family conference to review changes in services<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assist in the development of the residence\u2019s budget<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make final decision on resident move-ins and move-outs based on the well-being of the resident and in accordance with the residence policies and procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financial:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Plans and develops operating budget within HRA guidelines<\/li><li>Regularly monitors department performance and regularly analyzes the community P&amp;L status taking corrective action when necessary<\/li><li>Is prepared for and attends monthly P&amp;L teleconferences as scheduled<\/li><li>Trains community management in pertinent cost control techniques<\/li><li>Directs and monitors community inventory control systems<\/li><li>Responsible for managing all contracted services<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marketing<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintain a high level of occupancy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Skills\/Educational Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li><li>Residential Care Facility Administration (CRCF)<\/li><li>Strong leadership skills with a minimum of two (2) years\u2019 experience in supervising and management<\/li><li>One to two years<\/li><li>Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook software.
